70 calories in your pocket
I completed seven days of detox program and though I lost some inches, I didn’t lose a single pounds. I wished I had been more discipline in my seven days detox and followed the suggested menu given in the booklet. I didn’t go on vegetarian diet like I should have. Instead, I ate everything like a normal day.
On my next mission, I think I must start to be more aware of the calories intake beside doing the liver detox program. Maybe I should start with getting some low calories healthy snack bars instead of munching on those buttery cookies.
If you are a fan of high protein bars, then, you may want to know about this all natural energy bar. It is good for people on the go. One single bar in a pocket will keep you going. Hmm…I wonder if it helps if I should try it the next time when I go for another round of detox? I will probably do another detox program in 4 months time.

Lilian, actually kan, it tastes awful, sweet and bl**dy expensive …RM17.90 for a bar. I bought one last week (Choc Fudge) and then after taking one bite, then I decided to look at the ingredients and found out that it contained hydrolyzed gelatin ..which upon googling told me that HG is normally made using dried pork skin or somethin!! Apalah punya nasib ..So, into the dustbin it went !!

Oh gosh.. the energy bars taste horrible la.. my mom and aunt wants me to put one in my pocket since i was a kid.. Remember when Uncle Toby launched in Malaysia? since then.. That was when i was in Primary School..
Never liked it.. is it really that healthy.. keeping the fat to minimum and still give energy.. i need to lose some pounds as well..
