Arggh my aching bones!
I spent 2 hours in the car, another 1.5 hours in a boat and the next one hour in a van. My butt is sore from all that sitting. If that is not bad enough, I had to put my toddler to my lap for the boat ride and van ride because we don’t have car seats or any safety chairs like that.
Then, I spent the next few hours climbing up and down a small hill. Plus few more hours trudging through the acquarium. After that, it was back to van ride, boat ride and again car ride.
Today, my calves are aching because of the little jungle trekking and my butt is still sore.
So, conclusion is - Never go for any one day trip when you have old bones! I have some great photos of nice eating places in Sungai Petani but am too tired to update it at the moment.

Hey … I hear your pain. I was in “So You Think You Can Dance” live shooting recently in RUUMs … and 3 whole hours of standing and snapping photos. Right after that … even attempting to sit down .. I hear cracking sound in my bones, haha. Anyway .. I like your recipes ….
