Barbecued pork ribs that look like a severed hand LOL
We went to this Chinese restaurant for dinner yesterday and ordered three barbequed pork ribs. They served them in individual plate. My two sons immediately told me, “MOM! You are eating a human hand!”
From the angle where I was sitting, I didn’t get what they mean. Until they turned it over…
Ewwwss..true enough, it does look like a severed hand with it’s finger chopped off! Badly burnt. But yummm..the barbequed pork rib is good. It has a sweetish taste with some some plum sauce flavourings. They had made the meat very tender and yet, crispy on the outside.
However, the restaurant is nothing to shout about, so nope, I wouldn’t recommend it.
