I wish I could find Canned Stewed Pork in the states. You would think living in NY that I could find it somewhere. Going to Flushing, Queens, Chinatown, and NOTHING. So frustrated!!!! If anyone can help that would be great. This recipe is awesome. Just wish I could make it.

Have you tried using the canned pig trotters? Very sinful but very yummy.
