Thanks for posting all those Yummy Recipes for novice like me to try.
My first tried of your Kari Ayam Kapitan is not very successful- it looks good and smell good(not such a pretty sight for my kitchen, it looked like a battle field and I had to spend at least three hour or so to clean and washed up), but tasted a bit bitter and the chicken tasted very ‘dry’.
My mum used to make a salad type of dish- karabu mee hoon, no cooking involved. I think she just tossed some raw ingredients together. she is pushing 90 now, so she dosen’t cook nor can she remember her recipe. I would be much obliged if you can help me to locat the recipe.

So glad to see these recipes here. I’m making my mum’s joo har on my own since am not going back penang this cny, and i remember just some ingredients only.. the cny recipes here really helps.
