Thanks for posting all those Yummy Recipes for novice like me to try.

My first tried of your Kari Ayam Kapitan is not very successful- it looks good and smell good(not such a pretty sight for my kitchen, it looked like a battle field and I had to spend at least three hour or so to clean and washed up), but tasted a bit bitter and the chicken tasted very ‘dry’.
My mum used to make a salad type of dish- karabu mee hoon, no cooking involved. I think she just tossed some raw ingredients together. she is pushing 90 now, so she dosen’t cook nor can she remember her recipe. I would be much obliged if you can help me to locat the recipe.
