I wish for donut franchise opportunity.

You know what’s sad living here? We do not have any fancy donuts and all I get is to watch donuts on TV and on others’ bloggers’ blogs. Do you know that we do not even have Dunkin’ Donuts here? *roll eyes* Well, apparently, they did come to my island some years back but they had to close shop because of the lack of business and no Franchise Opportunity that is profitable for the investor .

This morning, we bought some doughnuts from the hypermarket and they taste lousy. My kids refused to eat them. Lucky these doughnuts were selling for $1.80 per piece, buy two, get one free. Otherwise, I will have to stuff my face with it.

I was telling hubby that we should get the of those Franchise American chains and open one donut shop so that all of us get to eat free. But looking at the Franchises business here, it is risky business. For example, they have this donut chain which is actually a gimmick of a Japanese chain because the real one would be too expensive.

Friends told me the real one is not as sweet as they have eaten the original donuts when they were in Japan. So, yeah, if I want good donuts, I either have to make them myself or drive for four hours to the next town.
