		<description>hi nick, thank you for sharing the recipe though i have not tried it yet, it looks very delicious. i am a foodie n does travel very often to try out recipe my favorite are the old school methods of cooking.
anyway i have a question, is yr crispy pork the same type that they serve in cantonese restaurant. by the way i am very glad that you use loads of garlic cause i am sure it will add an amazing aroma to the pork.
