hi lilian, sorry for the late reply!!………..the methods of doing and the roasting equipment is not the same, but the taste come out to be the same!!……….. most restaurant chef use five spice powder.i use garlic is because it is well known around the world!!

hi nick, thank you for sharing the recipe though i have not tried it yet, it looks very delicious. i am a foodie n does travel very often to try out recipe my favorite are the old school methods of cooking.
anyway i have a question, is yr crispy pork the same type that they serve in cantonese restaurant. by the way i am very glad that you use loads of garlic cause i am sure it will add an amazing aroma to the pork.
