		<description>What an amazing thing. A green radish! It is strange and beautiful. In Cambodia, the big white radish is called moeum chai tao and is used in salads (I posted one at http:tamarindtrees.net yesterday) and in pickles (I&#039;m posting one today!).</description>

		<description>You can stew white radish together with carrot (shred) and add some dried cuttlefish or dried shrimps.  Lovely stew to go with rice.</description>
