Hindu temple in Penang
I have often passed by this Hindu temple along Jalan Dato Keramat in Penang. The very colourful statues and bright lights are very beautiful. It is located along a very busy road and hence, I wasn’t able to stop.
However, this evening, I stopped by quite a distance away to buy some stuffs and made a dash to snap these photos. The sky is almost dark but still bright enough.
In the background, the tall building is the Kompleks Tun Abdul Razak or tallest building in Penang.
These photos have not been colour-enhanced. The sky appears extremely blue which is rather surprising because after a few minutes, it rained heavily. Coincidentally, this is the 3rd time I took photos of Hindu temples with a dark, stormy sky as backgrounds.

Ahh komtar, I still remember that building. Once we were stuck in the island and didn’t know the way out. The only landmark we could see was Komtar. Ended up asking a guy on a bike at traffic light we stopped. But he couldn’t finsh the directions because the light turned green. Somehow we managed to meet at the next traffic light to continue the conversation
