Home information pack solution

It is interesting to learn about other countries’ rules and regulations and be enlightened. I just learnt that in UK, one needs to have a home information pack (hip) if one intends to sell their property. They are making it compulsory for all sellers of residential property in England and Wales with effect from June 2007. It will be an offence to market a property unless a Home Information Pack (HIP) is available for inspection by a prospective buyer.

So, in view of this, those who lives in UK or other nations interested in investing in UK properties, may want to find out more about home information packs from this link I provided.
