I think I will make a good caterer

I haven’t post much these few weeks because I was so busy with Chinese Lunar New Year preparations. I have just finished cooking a dinner for about 20 people. I love cooking for big groups and wish I have a bigger kitchen and professional cookware to get the meals done faster.

My siblings and I have a dinner gathering today and I decided to do a mixture of western, Chinese, Indian and local foods. It was a mix and match of different kind of tastes so that one do not get bored eating the same festive foods.

Someday, I hope my children will complete their course on professional chef and who knows, they may venture into catering. Then, I can cook with those restaurant equipment which makes life so much easier in the kitchen. Preparing foods in bulk is actually not that difficult if you have the right restaurant supplies.
