Jamie Oliver style of bacon and baked dishes
I have posted the layerings I did with mushroom, zucchini, eggs and potatoes in Best Recipes. But I don’t post photos of pork and pig in my other food blog due to my respect of my Muslims readers. So, this is a continuation.
Jamie Oliver loves to cover his foods, whether vegetables or poultry with slices of bacons. I did the same today.
To know what lies beneath, see this Best Recipe’s post.
I served it with prawn bisque (canned of course) and buttered rice with raisins.

Dear Lilian,
I just stumbled upon your blog. I am a Penangite living in Miri. During my childhood years in Penang I never realized how wonderful my home state is. Botanical Gardens, Bon Odori Festival, Pasar Ramadhan, etc. I go to Cathedral of the Holy Spirit too, I went through 8 years of Catechism there!
Missing Penang so much, I have decided to start learning to cook Penang food.
God Bless you and hope you continue blogging!
