Korean enoki, cute and pretty
The Koreans fresh products like enoki mushrooms are found in our local supermarket shelves lately. Previously, we only get mostly Japanese and local produce. Korean stuffs are much cheaper so it is worth trying them.
I bought a packet of Korean enoki for only around RM4. It is this cute little brown mushroom that still retain some firm bites after cooking, unlike the normal enoki which can be stringy.
I added them into my egg and tofu soup. You can find the egg-enoki-tofu soup recipe on Best Recipe. A simple dish that takes just minutes to prepare and the enoki mushrooms are really cute.

Hey hey hey!!! My brother hates tofu. But when I cooked this egg-tofu recipe for him he started to look for tofu in every food that I cook. But this addition of mushroom is something different. Is it OK to use mushrooms other than enoki?
