Local breakfast versus coffee joints breakfast
I took these photos when my family was flying to Sabah. First, we had some scrumptious nasi lemak in Pantai Jerjak as we had plenty of time to kill. I must make a mental note to return to the place and eat the nasi lemak again.
I think this basic pacakge probably around RM1.50 to RM2.00. It was so good and fresh.
They have so many varieties of dishes but since we were flying, we couldn’t try too many. If you live around the Pantai Jerjak, Sungai Nibong area, I am sure you know where this stall is.
However, my younger kids cannot take hot stuffs so we headed over to the airport. There are not many places to eat the Bayan Lepas airport.
So, both of them shared this plate of breakfast from Coffee Beans. Boring, eh?
Coffee. You can get better coffee from the roadside nasi lemak stall too. If I know they do not have wifi in Bayan Lepas airport, we would have eaten elsewhere. What kind of international airport do not provide wifi, huh?

Hi, well, I think you could have breakfast at the Sunshine market/hawker centre in the morning…pretty close to the airport. Or, the Jalan Tengah hawker centre though it’s harder to locate because it’s in the midst of flats and flats and more flats. I agree that near the Penang airport, there aren’t many options although there’s a nice porridge/noodle seafood shop on the BACK from airport/TOWARDS town. It’s open only at night and sometimes, it could be pretty packed. Hmm, I think they sell frog too…maybe you know the place.
