Nasi lemak bungkus

Nasi lemak bungkus is pre-packed rice cooked in coconut milk and added with some curry and basic things like eggs, anchovies, fried fish, squid or/and cucumber. It is very cheap, costing RM1 (or about US25 cents!). Sold everywhere and traditionally it is wrapped in banana leaves to give it a special fragrance.
Normally, we take it for breakfast but due to its popularity, nowadays we can also find them for supper too. It is like our Malaysian fast food on-the-go.
(Sorry, will elaborate more next time and also sharing my recipe in future. Today busy.)
