In Shaw Xing, China, it is a tradition that when a family have a new born baby girl, they start to brew this wine, and burried it in the ground until so many donkey years... on this daughter's wedding, they will dig out this wine for celebration and called it "Nue Er Hong" - (Nue Er means Daughter, Hong means Red - I guess meaning auspicious) BUT if unfortunately this particular daughter past away before she get married, the parent will dig out this wine too, but they name this wine "Hua Tiao" - (Hua means Flower, Tiao means withered ). I find Shaw Xing people are quite "Lomantik"
