The day I ate a whole pig
I love being Chinese. We Chinese can practically eat everything. Today, I went to this pork porridge stall in Kampung Malabar. Initially, I wanted to take a picture of the stall but decided not to do it because it looks icky. Yet….the cooked porridge is delicious. Well, at least I said so.
You are looking at a spoonful of the creamiest, most delicious, unique tasting pig’s brains. Yummm….
This bowl of pork porridge costs RM5.50. You can opt for rice porridge or mee suah or mee hoon. The bowl contains all the spare parts of the pig like the intestine, kidney, liver, minced pork, heart, tongue and the brain. So, it is practically the whole pig, right?
The hot soup coupled with the chillies and pepper made my nose flow like a river. A great cure for stuffed nose indeed.
Babi cina sedapppppp….
