Video on making the perfect scrambled eggs
I think readers are going to puke eggs because I have been talking about making the prefect scrambled eggs for the third time today. Well, what to do….I do not normally prepare scrambled eggs because I hate it. I prefer my traditional fried eggs which is like sunny side-up, runny and yet, crispy on the outside.
But I need to make the prefect scrambled eggs in another two days and I better be sure I know what I am going to do with 300 eggs. (job shared by several ladies, of course)
I have checked Jamie Oliver’s scrambled eggs, Gordon Ramsay version of perfect scrambled eggs and watched videos after videos. I finally nailed down this version.
Enjoy the video and hope you like scrambled eggs. I don’t.
