I have a bad habit of not making back-up copies of my files and especially my photos stored in my PC. Recently, when my Sony Vaio crashed, I lost all my photos in there. Lucky that I had some stored in my online album. Otherwise, I will be kicking myself for not backing up my computer.
Now, to be on the safe side, I have just downloaded some of the old photos stored in my external hard drive and put them on my Mac. This way, I have access to my old photos without having to plug in my external hard drive.
With the old photos, I can easily find a lot of things to blog. That’s why I regretted that I didn’t take up the free offer of IDrive to back my files online. I could have stored a lot of my Word documents and Excel files if I had taken up the free offer. And if I want a bigger storage, it costs less than five bucks per month.
